Tonic Technologies implemented ReadySync, a secure, purpose-built middleware that automates compliance checks between Cm3 and Simpro. Through one-way API integration, ReadySync ensures compliance data flows reliably into Simpro, eliminating the need for manual cross-checking.

How It Works

Initial Configuration
Clients provide their Simpro instance and Cm3 ID, ReadySync takes care of secure connection, data mapping, and system setup.

Initial Sync
ReadySync automatically creates new custom fields in Simpro to track:

  • Contractor compliance status

  • Last compliance check date

  • A job-level compliance checkbox

Nightly Compliance Checks
Every night, ReadySync scans for new or updated contractors and checks their compliance status in Cm3.

Automated Notifications
Users are alerted if:

  • A job includes a non-compliant subcontractor

  • A previously compliant contractor loses status

Visual Indicators
Non-compliant contractors are flagged with an asterisk (*) in Simpro for quick visibility.
